Disclaimer and terms of use
This digital tool (hereinafter "the Tool") is a strictly informational platform designed to act as a tracking notepad during radio bingo games broadcast on air. In order to comply rigorously with the laws and regulations of Quebec's Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ), we wish to set out the parameters of our service.
No gaming or betting activity
The Tool is not a gambling platform. We do not run any draw, take any bet, or sell any right of participation or any game card.
No virtual bingo
Virtual bingo being strictly prohibited in Quebec, the Tool in no way replaces the physical playing material (paper cards or sheets) required and sold by the station, the organizer, or its authorized points of sale. The Tool generates no ball and no result at random: it merely mirrors the numbers announced on air.
Technological independence
The Tool does not constitute an electronic system for conducting or administering a draw. It is entirely independent of the official equipment of radio stations and organizers (including that of networked Bingo) and merely reports data broadcast publicly on air.
No validation of winnings
The Tool has no legal or regulatory value for validating a line, a letter, a full card, or any other prize. Only certified physical cards and the rules established by the station or the event organizer govern a prize claim, according to the procedure announced on air.
No promotion of gambling
We are an independent third-party service. We do not promote, encourage, or sponsor participation in games of chance. The stations and schedules listed on our platform are provided for information purposes only.
By using this service, the user and/or the organizer acknowledges that the Tool is provided for visual and informational assistance only, and releases its creators from any liability related to the conduct of official games.
